ROBERT FOUNTAIN STUDIO

Robert W. Fountain Event Design (RWF) is now offering the Studio as a private event venue. A workspace by day with vaulted ceilings and skylights, the studio transforms into a welcoming party setting for up to 180 guests. Above the main studio is an intimate mezzanine for a cozy, private dinner or the perfect lounge space overlooking the party below.

VENUE RENTAL

Rental fees include:

• Use of Built in Lighting System: 10 Lights with a selection of color washes and gobo pattern break ups, 20 movable pin spots, intelligent dance floor lighting and mirrored ball
• Use of sound system with live music and DJ compatibility (Every DJ and band has different requirements. Check with your vendor to confirm that they want to use our system)
• Chocolate brown velour drape around perimeter of studio and crystal chandeliers throughout venue
• Use of venue's banquettes, sofas, lounge chairs and side tables (based on availability)
• Suspended Projector and Screen

Additional fees required:

• RWF Security Guard required one hour before guest arrival to last guest/vendor departure: $65/hour
• RWF Event Manager required one hour before guest arrival to last guest/vendor departure: $85/ hour
• Cleaning fee: $250

CUSTOM SERVICES

For an additional fee, RF-80 is available to supply and coordinate additional event services at the studio, such as:

• Catering and bar service
• Valet
• Live Music or DJ
• Custom or Themed Decor
