Robert W. Fountain Event Design (RWF) is now offering the Studio as a private event venue. A workspace by day with vaulted ceilings and skylights, the studio transforms into a welcoming party setting for up to 180 guests. Above the main studio is an intimate mezzanine for a cozy, private dinner or the perfect lounge space overlooking the party below.

VENUE RENTAL

Rental fees include:

• Use of Built in Lighting System: 10 Lights with a selection of color washes and gobo pattern break ups, 10 movable pin spots, moving dance floor lighting and mirror ball
• Use of built in speaker system with live music and DJ compatibility (Every DJ and band has different requirements. Check with your vendor to confirm that they want to use our system)
• Chocolate brown velour drape around perimeter of studio and crystal chandeliers throughout venue
• Use of venue’s banquettes, sofas, lounge chairs and side tables (based on availability)

Additional fees required:

• RWF Security Guard required one hour before guest arrival to last guest/vendor departure: $50/hour
• RWF Event Manager required for set-up/break-down and duration of event: $75/ hour
